We get it. Sometimes your cheeks just are not feeling it.

If you are not satisfied with your Happy Cheeks Bidet, we offer a 30-day full refund once the product is returned to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

To start a return, email support@happycheeksbidet.com with your order number and details. We will send you instructions for where to send the product.
